Treacherous employees
In most professionally managed companies , employees try their best to ensure that the customers are happy and get value for their money. This is because the profits earned from sales to customers is used for paying the salaries of the employees. If the customers are unhappy and move their business to other companies, the company will no longer be able to make much profit or grow quickly.
However, in recent years, I have noticed certain companies, especially in the internet sector, who do not care for their customers . They hire people in their sales who do not have the basic manners an average individual is expected to have. Even if you invest thousands of dollars in developing a very good technology, you are unlikely to be able to grow as fast as you could, if your salespeople do not know how to handle customers. These people are back stabbing the company from whom they draw their salary
